LuLé's Buy-Back Program
Receive up to 10% of the purchase price of your LuLé crib once you no longer need it!
Available in the Greater Montreal area only.
How does the LuLé Buy-Back Program work?
Once you no longer need your baby's crib, contact us and we will offer you up to 10% of the purchase price for a crib in good condition. In addition, we will retrieve your crib free-of-charge and bring it back to our workshop where it is completely refurbished to "like-new" condition and offered as a second-generation LuLé crib, available for use by another new baby!
Why does LuLé have a Buy-Back Program?
We offer a Buy-Back Program as a way to help you deal with a cherished piece of furniture that you need for a short period of time, and to help keep high-quality baby furniture in circulation.
Why should I participate in LuLé's Buy-Back Program?
Your participation in our Buy-Back Program benefits us all! Your baby's crib will be completely refurbished and available to another family, further reducing the environmental footprint of your baby's crib. We will be sure to extend the life of every crib for as long as possible. And, you can avoid the headache of trying to sell your crib on the second-hand market while receiving 10% of the purchase price of your LuLé crib!
Am I getting a used baby crib?
All cribs currently for sale are brand new cribs.
Because LuLé is a new business, we do not yet have any second-generation cribs available. As families currently using new LuLé cribs decide to participate in our Buy-Back Program, second-generation cribs will become available.

Why is LuLé able to offer a Buy-Back Program?
LuLé is directly involved at every level: design, raw material sourcing, manufacturing, sales and transportation. Because of our involvement at each step, we can control for quality and eco-responsibility. And the high-quality of our cribs is what makes refurbishment possible. For example:
- Our designs make assembly and disassembly easy and safe.
- Offering one crib design with different finishing options allows us to keep our inventory flexible and refurbishment simple.
- We create solid wood cribs manufactured using only non-threatened North-American tree species, making them easy to sand, repair and re-finish.
- Our cribs are finished with natural oils and paints that can easily be removed and reapplied. And if one of our cribs sadly ends up in a landfill, it will decompose without leaching any toxins into the environment. The finishes we use also allow the wood to be recycled.
- Our cribs are built by local, small wood-shop manufacturers who also do refurbishment work. If a piece needs to be fixed or replaced, these local artisans know exactly how to do it.
I have a crib by another manufacturer. Do you buy cribs that are not LuLé cribs?
Unfortunately, no. The materials used by most mass-produced crib manufacturers make refurbishment very difficult (and potentially toxic).
